How to cope with a headache when the weather changes

What does it hurt-then it's bone? - Wags like to say. They have a point. Head - a box, but inside it has a pressure - intracranial. And on the street - its pressure, atmospheric. And these pressures battle begins when the atmospheric changes when outside humidity or heat.

Why have a headache because of the weather? In 80 percent of cases of intracranial pressure jumps due to vascular tone. Blood must flow freely through the vessels, and some diseases (eg, atherosclerosis, high cholesterol, or because of low back pain, or problems with the cervical spine) disrupt the circulation of the blood, its outflow from the brain. As a result, the pressure inside the skull changes, and headache.

Because of the humidity in the air is disturbed and even skin breath. We cease to sweat, breathe in the humid air, and water in the body becomes too much.
What to do:

1. When severe headache pain medication tablets can drink, but not more than 5 times in three months. If you have to drink more often - be sure to go to the doctor. Under the headache may be masked by a serious illness. (For those who frequently drink tablets "from the head", the bad news - the headache is caused by a drug bust).

2. As a precaution - to move a lot, so that the muscles moving, oxygen is supplied, and the blood circulates easily!

3. Eat right - less fat, more fruit, vegetables.

4. Drink 1.5 - 2 liters a day to all the organs function properly, because we are 70 percent water.

5. Do not be nervous. And if the stress free way, then learn to relax: to lie down, close your eyes, relax each "cell" of the body and breathe calmly for 3-4 minutes.

6. If the head is sick, help massage the neck, temples, neck, brow. Of herbal tea for headaches choose mint, St. John's wort, hawthorn, marjoram and chamomile.

7. Great prevention - Sauna and contrast shower - Builds and strengthens blood vessels and calms the mind.

8. In big cities, headaches are not uncommon due to the lack of oxygen, so the walk more!
