Best Time To Drink Coffee

Coffee is considered to be indispensable in helping to wake up and maintain vigor. So many, waking up, perhaps the first thing to go to the kitchen to drink coffee. However, scientists believe that it is best not to drink this drink early in the morning, and between 9.30 and 11.30. The ideal time for coffee, according to neurosurgeons, is half-past ten in the morning.

Blame It cortisol, an important hormone responsible for the internal clock of the human body. Best of all it interacts with the caffeine contained in coffee, is at 10:30 am

Stephen Miller, a neurosurgeon at the University of Health in Bethesda, Maryland, explains that the level of cortisol rises early in the morning after waking up, and remains high until 8-9 in the morning, and then begins to decline.

If you drink coffee early in the morning when a lot of cortisol, the body is reduced sensitivity to caffeine. That is, immediately after awakening coffee increases alertness weaker than after 9 o'clock in the morning. It is not surprising that over time, many in order to wake up one cup is not enough and they have to increase the dose of caffeine.

"One of the basic principles of pharmacology - Daily Telegraph leads Miller's words - is that the medication should be taken when it is needed. In other words, a cup of coffee in the morning will eventually lose their effectiveness. "
