7 Ways To Not Fall Sick

How to deal with

1. Try to smoke less, but better just quit! Limit alcohol, and, most importantly, move! We need strong muscles, heart, and blood vessels. Plain Press, strengthen the shoulder girdle. Children need physical activity at least 3 times a week, and adults would be good to do the exercises for at least 5-10 minutes twice a day. 6. Tempered. You can start at any age. The main thing - without fanaticism. 7. Do not wrap up. Dress for the weather and choose clothing made of natural fabrics. Fashion polyesters and acrylics do not give the skin to breathe. A wool and cotton are still warm the better.
